I have been training both beginners and athletes successfully for more than ten years.
Since my childhood I have intensively exercised. I belonged to the Lithuanian boxing youth team and have won numerous medals and competitions.
I have a bachelor's degree in sports education and pedagogics from Klaipeda University, specializing in both youth and adult physical development.
In addition to my mother tongue Lithuanian, I speak English, Russian and I am currently learning German. I am energetic and patient, and customize every workout to my clients needs.
I look forward to being integral to your personal health and fitness journey.

Hi! I’m Aušra,
A personal trainer with a strong background in fitness, endurance sports, and functional training. I compete in HYROX, train daily, and constantly explore the newest methods for improving strength, mobility, and overall performance.
I specialize in functional fitness, bootcamp training, endurance work, FitMama sessions for postpartum mothers, healthy weight loss, and aesthetic body shaping. My coaching style is motivating, supportive, slightly strict in the best way, and always focused on getting real, sustainable results.
Clients value my professionalism, discipline, positive energy, and ability to inspire. I believe that training should empower you — physically and mentally — and I’m here to help you feel strong, confident, and proud of your progress.
I’m currently studying at the Sports University to become a certified physical activity coach and developing further through the Egistraining program.

My workout is for everyone – not only for advanced athletes.
All workouts are intense and balanced to accommodate your ability and level of training.
During my workouts you will burn at least 800 calories. You will gain mobility, right posture, coordination, speed, power and more. You will learn various exercises and boxing techniques.
My workouts will help you build a stronger character, the ability to make decisions quickly, and never give up.
You will become stronger, better looking and self-confident. Motivation and desire is all you need to start and I will make sure that you reach greater results than you expected.
